1. Launch the WebEx app.
2. On the left-side pane, click Meetings.
3. Click Meeting-Recap.
4. Look for the meeting that you want to export the chat from and click Chat Messages.
5. A window will pop up and will show the chat messages for that meeting.
6. In the upper-right corner of the window, click the dropdown menu. Then, click Chat messages.
7. Wait for the chat file to download to your computer.
