How to Export Jira Board to Excel

Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to export Jira data to Excel:

1. Go to Filters in the top menu bar. Select View all issues.
2. In the Issues view, filter by Project.
3. Find Export issues on the top right.
4. Select Export Excel CSV (all fields)
5. You can also see the List View of your filtered issues. This mirrors your exported file.
6. You can open your downloaded file and edit it as required.

Note: This method doesn't organize issues by Epic or Story.
