It is very easy to export data from Airtable to Excel. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- On Airtable's main dashboard, find and open the base that contains the data you want to download.
- After that, click the 'View' menu to proceed.
- Select 'Download CSV' from the list of options.
- Following that, go to your Excel workbook and click 'File' in the top menu bar.
- Subsequently, choose 'Import' to proceed
- Choose 'CSV File' as the type of file, then click 'Import'. Select the newly downloaded Airtable file from your local storage.
- To make sure that the data is arranged according to your Airtable fields, select 'Delimited' and then click 'Next'.
- Subsequently, select 'Comma' as the Delimiter and then tap 'Next'.
- Select your preferred column data format and tap 'Finish' afterwards.
- Finally, your Airtable data will be exported to Excel.
