Steps
- Open the Notion page where you want to embed the Jira content preview.
- Go to your Jira Project Board, click the Share button, and copy the link.
- Paste the Share link into your Notion page and click the option to Sync Jira.
- Click Get Started to begin the connection setup.
- Enter your Jira site URL and API token in the fields provided.
- In your Jira account, click the profile icon in the top right and select Manage account.
- Navigate to the Security tab in your Atlassian account settings.
- Scroll down to the API tokens section and click create and manage API tokens.
- Click Create API token to generate a new token.
- Label your token and click Create to confirm.
- Copy your new API key from the confirmation screen.
- Return to Notion and paste your Jira Site URL and API token into the connection form.
- Click create sync to establish the connection between Jira and Notion.
- Click Sync to link Jira with your Notion workspace.
- Paste your Jira board URL again and select Embed to embed the full Jira board in Notion.
