How to Embed Jira in Notion
Here’s a step-by-step tutorial on how to embed Jira on your notion page:
- Open the Notion page where you want to embed the Jira content preview.
- Copy the link to the Jira issue or project you want to preview.
- Paste the link directly into your Notion page.some text
- Option 1: Select "Paste as preview" from the options that appear after pasting the link.
- Option 2: Type "/jira" in your Notion page and then paste the link into the menu that appears.
- If it's your first time using Jira with Notion, you'll be prompted to authorize the integration.
- You will need to enter your Jira site URL and API token.
- To do that, head over to your Jira account, go to the profile icon on the top right, and click on Manage account.
- Go to the Security tab, scroll down to the API tokens section, and click on create and manage API tokens.
- Click on Create API tokens.
- Label your token and hit Create.
- You can paste your Jira Site URL by copying it from your Jira account's address bar and API token from the previous step.
- And Sync it with your workspace.
Paste your Jira board URL again. But select Embed to embed your Jira board.
