1. Launch the WebEx app.
2. On the left-side pane, click Vidcast.
3. In your list of videos, click the video whose transcript you want to download.
4. On the right side of the video page, hover over the video to display the tools.
5. In the tools menu, click Transcript.
6. At the top of the transcript panel, click Download Transcript.
7. Wait for the transcript file to finish downloading to your computer.
