- Launch your WebEx app.
- On the left-side pane, click Vidcast.
- You’ll see your video recordings here. Hover your mouse over the recording you want to download.
- Click More options (three-dots).
- Click Download.
- A confirmation will pop up; click Download.
- Wait until your recording is downloaded.
