In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to delete an account in Adobe Acrobat.
Note: You can only delete your Adobe account if you don’t have an active subscription. If you have a plan, cancel it first.
- Go and log in to https://www.adobe.com/
- Download or back up any files you have stored in Adobe Cloud storage (Creative Cloud / Document Cloud).
- Click your profile icon, then select Manage account.
- Under your plan, click Manage plan.
- Click Cancel your plan
- Go to https://account.adobe.com/privacy
- Click Continue under Delete Adobe Account.
- Select your reason for deleting your account, and then select Continue.
- Read the terms and conditions carefully, and select the checkbox to accept them.
- Select Confirm delete Adobe account.
