How to Delete an Account in Adobe Acrobat

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to delete an account in Adobe Acrobat.

Note: You can only delete your Adobe account if you don’t have an active subscription. If you have a plan, cancel it first.

1. Go and log in to https://www.adobe.com/
2. Download or back up any files you have stored in Adobe Cloud storage (Creative Cloud / Document Cloud).
3. Click your profile icon, then select Manage account.
4. Under your plan, click Manage plan.
5. Click Cancel your plan
6. Go to https://account.adobe.com/privacy
7. Click Continue under Delete Adobe Account.
8. Select your reason for deleting your account, and then select Continue.
9. Read the terms and conditions carefully, and select the checkbox to accept them. 
10. Select Confirm delete Adobe account.
