How to Customize the Jira Service Desk Portal
It is very easy to customize the Jira Service Desk Portal. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click 'Project Settings'.
- Select 'Portal Settings' from the list of options.
- After that, you may now start the customization. Simply click on the text box that contains the elements you want to edit and then make your desired changes afterwards.
- Once done, tap 'Save'.
