How to Create Webhook Triggers in Coda

‍

‍

It is very easy to create webhook triggers in Coda. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

‍

  1. Inside your Coda doc, head over to the top-right corner and click 'Insert'.
  2. Click the provided search bar, then type 'Trigger Hook'.
  3. Following that, scroll down to the 'Button' section and then grab the 'Trigger Hook' option. Drag it to the main workspace for further customization.
  4. Tap 'Connect an Account' to proceed.
  5. Subsequently, enter your preferred API Token Name into the provided input field and then click 'Continue'.
  6. Tap the 'URL' input field and provide the URL from your webhook-invoked automation.
  7. Once done, click anywhere around your Coda doc to apply the changes.
  8. After completing these steps, the Trigger Hook button will be activated. Simply tap it if you wish to trigger your Coda webhook.
