How to Create Reports in Jira Service Management
Creating reports in Jira Service Management (JSM) allows you to track and analyze the performance of your service desk, identify trends, and ensure that your team meets its goals. Here’s how to do it:
- Open the Jira Service Management project for which you want to create or view reports.
- In the left-hand sidebar, click on 'Reports'.
- JSM offers various pre-built reports such as 'Created vs. Resolved Issues, SLA Success Rate, and Customer Satisfaction'. Click on a report to view it.
- You can start to customize the report. You can adjust these filters to narrow down the data to what is most relevant to your needs.
- You can start analyzing the data by reviewing the charts, graphs, and metrics provided by the report.
