How to Create a Survey in Airtable

It is very easy to create a survey in Airtable. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:

1. On Airtable's main dashboard, find and open the base you prefer to use.
2. After that, add your survey questions as fields to collect responses accordingly. Simply click the 'Add Field' button to get started.
3. Select the type of field you want to use.
4. In the Field Name, write the actual question or the requested details.
5. Following that, configure the corresponding settings according to your preference.
6. Once done, click 'Create Field' to proceed.
7. Repeat the same series of steps to add more fields.
8. Once completed, tap the 'Forms' tab.
9. Tap 'Build It Yourself' afterwards.
10. Select the table that contains the newly added fields for your survey form.
11. Subsequently, come up with a unique form name and enter it into the provided input field.
12. Once done, click 'Create Form'.
13. Check the form and add some final touches. You may upload a cover image and a logo to the form if you have a Team or Business subscription.
14. You may also configure the settings on the right-side panel if you want to make more adjustments.
15. If you're satisfied with the current version of your survey, tap 'Publish' in the top-right corner.
16. Subsequently, select the type of form access you want to implement.
17. Finally, your Airtable survey will be created.
