It is very easy to create a survey in Airtable. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- On Airtable's main dashboard, find and open the base you prefer to use.
- After that, add your survey questions as fields to collect responses accordingly. Simply click the 'Add Field' button to get started.
- Select the type of field you want to use.
- In the Field Name, write the actual question or the requested details.
- Following that, configure the corresponding settings according to your preference.
- Once done, click 'Create Field' to proceed.
- Repeat the same series of steps to add more fields.
- Once completed, tap the 'Forms' tab.
- Tap 'Build It Yourself' afterwards.
- Select the table that contains the newly added fields for your survey form.
- Subsequently, come up with a unique form name and enter it into the provided input field.
- Once done, click 'Create Form'.
- Check the form and add some final touches. You may upload a cover image and a logo to the form if you have a Team or Business subscription.
- You may also configure the settings on the right-side panel if you want to make more adjustments.
- If you're satisfied with the current version of your survey, tap 'Publish' in the top-right corner.
- Subsequently, select the type of form access you want to implement.
- Finally, your Airtable survey will be created.
