How to Create a Customer Review Response GPT

Steps

  1. Open ChatGPT's main interface, go to the left-side panel, and click 'Explore GPTs'.
  2. Tap 'Create' at the top-right corner to start building a new GPT.
  3. Switch the tab from Create to 'Configure' to access the full setup options.
  4. Click the 'Add' icon to upload a distinctive display photo that represents your customer review response GPT.
  5. Enter a unique GPT Name and Description into their respective input fields so users can easily identify it.
  6. Click the 'Instructions' field and write a detailed description covering the GPT's profile, behavior, function, and capabilities.
  7. Add sample Conversation Starters one by one into the input field to guide users on their first interaction.
  8. Scroll to the Knowledge section and click 'Upload Files' to import external reference documents.
  9. Review the Capabilities section and enable preferred GPT functions; optionally configure Actions to integrate with third-party tools.
  10. Go to the Preview Area, type a test prompt into the input box, and tap 'Submit' to evaluate the GPT's responses.
  11. If satisfied with the results, click 'Create' at the top-right corner to finalize the GPT.
  12. Choose your preferred access configuration, then tap 'Save' to proceed.
  13. Your customer review response GPT is now created and published and ready to use.
