Steps
- Click the ellipsis icon to open the menu and create a new Space.
- Click '+Create Space' to begin setting up your new Space.
- Name the Space and click 'Continue' to proceed.
- Customize the Space settings as needed, then click 'Create Space'.
- Within your Space, click the ellipsis icon to access more options.
- Select '+Create new' and click 'Folder' to add a Folder.
- Name the Folder and click 'Create Folder' to confirm.
- Inside the Folder, create different Lists for various content types.
- Click the '+View' option to add a Calendar View to your List.
- Choose 'Calendar' from the list of available views.
- Give your calendar a name to identify it easily.
- Click the '+' button to create a new task for each piece of content.
- Name the task to describe the content item.
- Add details such as descriptions, due dates, assignees, tags, and custom fields, then click 'Save'.
- Drag and drop tasks within the calendar to schedule them appropriately.
- Add tags to categorize and filter tasks easily.
- Add subtasks to break each content task into smaller, manageable steps.
- Click the 'Automation' button in the upper right corner to set up automation rules.
- Click the 'Share' button to invite team members to collaborate on the content calendar.
