Quick summary

A Canva Brand Kit lets you store your logos, brand colors, and fonts in one place so every design stays on-brand automatically. Setting up a Brand Kit in Canva takes just minutes and ensures visual consistency across all your team's creative assets.

Steps

  1. On the Canva homepage, click the Brand tab in the left sidebar to access brand management.
  2. On the Brand Kit tab, click Add new to start creating a new brand kit.
  3. Enter a name for your brand kit and click Create to proceed.
  4. Under the Logos section, click + Add new to upload your logo files — you can upload multiple logo variations.
  5. In the Brand colours section, click + Add new and enter your HEX codes or use the colour picker to build your full colour palette.
  6. In the Brand fonts section, click + Add new to select your primary, secondary, and body text fonts.
  7. With your brand kit complete, click Create a design to start applying your brand assets instantly across new designs.

📌 Why this matters

A Canva Brand Kit centralizes your logos, brand colors, and typography in one accessible location, eliminating guesswork and reducing manual formatting across every design. Teams and creators who set up a Brand Kit in Canva can produce on-brand materials faster, with consistent visuals applied automatically to every new project. This feature is especially valuable for small businesses, marketing teams, and agencies managing multiple clients or campaigns who need to enforce brand consistency at scale. By storing all core brand assets in Canva, you reduce design errors and accelerate the content production workflow.
