How to Copy Subtasks in Asana

In Asana, copying subtasks can be done easily using the following steps:

  1. Go to 'Projects' and open an existing project.
  2. Navigate to the task containing the subtasks that you want to copy and open it by clicking on it.
  3. Scroll down to view the subtasks associated with the task.
  4. Click on it and right click on the mouse then a menu will appear.
  5. Select 'Duplicate task'.
  6. A pop up notification automatically appears and selects the 'Create new task'.
  7. Now you can easily duplicate subtasks within Asana, helping you streamline your workflow and save time.
