- On Claude's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click the 'Profile' tab.
- Choose 'Get Help' from the list of options.
- Following that, click 'Send Us a Message'.
- Read the terms, then tap 'Accept' to grant the necessary permissions.
- Subsequently, type your message into the provided message box.
- Once done, click the 'Send' button.
- Finally, Claude will generate a response to your inquiry. Keep in mind that the free plan only connects the customers to an AI agent. If you want to talk with a real-human agent, you have to upgrade to a paid subscription.
