📌 Why this matters

Integrating Google Drive with Salesforce via the Drive Connect app allows sales and operations teams to access, manage, and attach Google Drive files directly within Salesforce records, eliminating manual file transfers between platforms. This Salesforce Google Drive integration improves document workflow efficiency, ensures files are always linked to the right CRM records, and reduces context-switching for revenue teams. For organizations already using both Google Workspace and Salesforce, installing Drive Connect from AppExchange is a fast, no-code way to unify file management inside their existing CRM environment.
