Steps

Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Gainsight in the search bar.

Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.

Choose which users to install the app for and click Install.
If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
Once installed, find Gainsight under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
