It is very easy to connect records in Airtable. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it in simple steps:
- Inside your Airtable base, tap the 'Add Field' button to get started.
- Following that, choose 'Link to Another Record' from the list.
- Select an existing table you want to connect to the selected base. In contrast, you may also create a new table and connect it instead.
- If necessary, you may come up with a unique Field Name and enter it into the provided input box.
- Subsequently, configure the General and Advanced settings based on your preference. Simply switch on the toggle button if you wish to enable a specific function.
- Once done, click 'Create Field' to proceed.
- You may also add some Lookup Fields if you want to. Simply switch on the toggle button beside the field you want to add. Otherwise, click 'Skip'.
- Finally, the selected Airtable records will be connected.
