- Open the WebEx app.
- On the left-side pane, click Messaging.
- Click the + icon.
- Click Create a space.
- Enter a space name, then add the email addresses of the people you want to include.
- Click Create.
- In the space, click Meet (upper right).
- Click Start meeting.
- To add people while you’re already in the call: Click Invite and remind.
- Search their name or enter their email address, then click Invite.
- Once they join, they will be included in the conference call.
