- Open Adobe Acrobat.
- On the top menu, click Combine Files.
- Click Add Files, select the PDF files you want to combine, then click Open.
- Click the Expand Pages icon to preview individual pages.
- Drag and drop files or pages to rearrange them in the order you want.
- Click Combine to create the merged PDF.
- Save the combined file, then close the tool when you’re done.
