Changing your name on DocuSign takes just a few clicks inside your profile settings. Once saved, your updated name automatically applies to all future envelopes and notifications.
Steps
- Click on your profile icon or your name in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select 'Manage Profile' from the dropdown menu.
- In the profile settings, find the section where you can edit your personal information.
- Modify your first name, last name, or both as needed.
- After making the necessary updates, save your changes.
- Once saved, your updated name will be reflected across DocuSign.
- Your name update applies to all future envelopes and notifications automatically.
