- Go to https://web.webex.com/.
- Click your Profile picture in the upper left section.
- Click Go to your Webex Meetings site.
- You will be redirected to a new tab (id-broker.webex)
- Click Forgot Password.
- Check your registered email for the verification code, enter it, then click Verify.
- Enter your new password.
- Click Create new password.
- You will be automatically redirected to the Webex homepage.
