Quick summary
Changing your signature in DocuSign takes just a few steps inside your profile settings. You can draw, type, or upload a new signature to replace your existing one at any time.
Steps
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Manage Profile from the dropdown menu.
- In the profile settings, find the Signatures section.
- Click Actions next to your current signature.
- Select Edit.
- Choose to draw a new signature, type your name and choose a style, or upload an image of your signature.
- Choose the signature you want to use and click Create.
- Your DocuSign signature has been successfully updated.
