How to Change Color of Epic in Jira

In Jira, the color of an Epic can be changed using the following steps:

Navigate to your project and open the timeline. Hover over the Epic's name and click on it.
Click on the colored square next to the Epic's name. A color palette will appear.
Select the new color you want for the Epic.
The Epic's color should update immediately once you select a new one.
This new color will now be visible on the Epic in the backlog and in the issues associated with that Epic.
