- Go to your WebEx homepage.
- On the left-side pane, click Meetings.
- Click Start (host) or Join.
- On the pre-join/preview screen (or inside the meeting), find the Start Video button and click the dropdown arrow beside it.
- Select the background you want from the available options.
- Click Join Meeting/Start Meeting.
