- Go to the status menu and click on it.
- Click 'View workflow'.
- Click 'Edit workflow'.
- Select 'To-do status' located above the edit workflow.
- Create a status and click on the plus icon to add.
- Click 'Add'.
- Select 'Update workflow'.
- Click 'Save changes'.
- Configure the columns and statuses of your Jira tickets and click 'Save changes'.
- Click on the current status of the ticket and select 'Cancelled'.
- Confirm the status change, and the ticket should now be marked as 'Cancelled'.
