Quick summary
Bulk updating in Jira lets you select multiple issues in List view and apply changes to all of them simultaneously. Use the Edit action with the right sidebar to update fields across issues in one step and confirm with Save.
Steps
- Head over to the List view from the left sidebar.
- Review the checkboxes that appear before your issues in the list.
- Select the issues you want to bulk update using the checkboxes.
- Click on Edit to open the bulk editing options.
- Make the required changes in the right sidebar that appears.
- Hit Save to apply your changes.
- The Bulk Update action will be performed and you will receive a success prompt.
