How to Backup Asana

‍

Asana provides a built-in feature to export data to CSV files. This method is straightforward and can be done through the following steps:

  1. Go to the project you want to back up.
  2. Click on the 'Project Actions Menu'. This is typically represented by a drop down arrow in the top right corner of the project view.
  3. Hover your mouse to the 'Export/Print' and click on it.
  4. Choose 'CSV' from the dropdown menu.
  5. A CSV file containing your project data will be downloaded, which you can save to your preferred location.
