This tutorial shows how to automate Webflow backups to Dropbox by building a Zap that triggers on Webflow site events and saves data directly to your Dropbox account. The entire setup takes just minutes inside the Zapier editor with no code required.
Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to select the trigger event.
- Search and select Webflow as your trigger app.
- Select Updated Order as your trigger event.
- Connect your Webflow account to authorize the integration.
- Select the Webflow site you want to receive notifications from and click Continue.
- Click Test trigger to verify the trigger is working correctly.
- Search and select Dropbox as the action app.
- Select an action event to define what Dropbox does when triggered.
- Connect your Dropbox account to authorize the action step.
- Configure the action details and click Continue.
- Click Test step to confirm the Dropbox action executes successfully.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your automated Webflow-to-Dropbox backup Zap.
