  1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.
  2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.
  3. Search and select 'Zendesk' as your trigger app.
  4. Select a trigger event.
  5. Connect your Zendesk account.
  6. Choose the tag you want to use and click 'Continue'.
