‍

  1. Open the PDF file you want to add a signature to.
  2. Click Fill & Sign.
  3. Click Sign Yourself.
  4. Click Add Signature.
  5. Choose how you want to create your signature: Type, Draw, or Image.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click where you want to place your digital signature in the PDF.
  8. To resize it, use the size icons next to the trash icon.
  9. Click Close.
  10. Your digital signature has now been added to your PDF file.

📌 Why this matters

Adding digital signatures to PDFs transforms static documents into legally binding agreements you can execute instantly. Beyond basic document signing, this creates an auditable trail that courts and businesses recognize as equivalent to handwritten signatures.

Your signed PDFs become tamper-evident - any changes after signing invalidate the signature, providing built-in document integrity. This eliminates the costly cycle of printing, signing, scanning, and emailing, while giving you the flexibility to sign contracts, approvals, and legal documents from anywhere with the same legal weight as traditional paper processes.
