Use this interactive demo to learn how to add bullet points in Adobe Acrobat.

‍

‍

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to add bullet points in Adobe Acrobat

‍

  1. Open the PDF file you want to add a bullet point to.
  2. On the right-side panel, click Edit PDF.
  3. Select the section you want to add bullet points to.
  4. On the right-side panel again, click the Bullet Icon.‍
  5. Click Close.

📌 Why this matters

Adding bullet points transforms dense text blocks into scannable, professional content that readers actually absorb. You can restructure existing paragraphs, highlight key features in reports, or create actionable checklists within contracts and proposals. This becomes particularly powerful when you're repurposing content originally designed for print.

A lengthy compliance document becomes digestible, meeting notes transform into clear action items, and technical specifications gain visual hierarchy. Rather than starting from scratch in other programs, you maintain document integrity while dramatically improving readability and user engagement.
