How to Add Animation to Google Slides
Use this interactive demo to learn how to add animation to Google Slides.
📌 Why this matters
Animations transform static slides into engaging presentations that guide your audience's attention exactly where you want it. You can reveal key points progressively, preventing information overload and keeping viewers focused on your current message rather than reading ahead. Well-timed animations also create natural pause points for emphasis and help you maintain control of the presentation's pacing. Beyond visual appeal, strategic animation timing allows you to build suspense, reveal answers step-by-step, and create memorable moments that reinforce your most important concepts.
