Steps
- From your Zapier dashboard, select Zap to start building a new automation.
- Click on the Trigger field to begin selecting your trigger event.
- Search and select Xero as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event to define what activity in Xero starts the Zap.
- Connect your Xero account to authorize Zapier access.
- Map your trigger details and click Continue to proceed.
- Click Test trigger to verify that Zapier can pull live data from Xero.
- Search and select Airtable as the action app.
- Choose an action event to define what happens in Airtable when the Zap fires.
- Connect your Airtable account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to finalize the field mapping.
- Select Test step to confirm the action runs correctly end to end.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your live Xero-to-Airtable Zap.
