Connect Trello boards to Zapier for workflow automation

Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and then select "Zaps" to start a new automation.
  2. Click "Trigger" and select for Trello.
  3. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Card," "Card Updated," or "New List."
  4. Authorize Zapier to access your Trello account by logging in.
  5. Select the Trello board and list to monitor for changes.
  6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects activity in the selected Trello board.
  7. Add the desired action app (e.g., Notion, Slack, or Google Sheets).
  8. Choose an action event, such as "Create Item," "Send Message," or "Add Row."
  9. Connect the action app account to Zapier.
  10. Map Trello data fields (e.g., card name, description, due date) to the appropriate fields in the action app.
  11. Run a test to confirm the workflow functions as expected.
  12. Once the test is successful, turn on your Zap to automate the workflow.
