Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to begin building your automation.
- Click "Trigger" and search for Notion to select it as the trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as "Updated Database Item" or "New Database Item" depending on when you want updates sent to HubSpot.
- Authorize Zapier to access your Notion account.
- Select the Notion database containing the project status you want to monitor.
- Run a test to ensure Zapier detects updates in the Notion database.
- Add HubSpot as the action app in your Zap.
- Choose an action event such as "Create Contact," "Update Contact," or "Update Deal" depending on how you want to sync the data.
- Authorize Zapier to access your HubSpot account.
- Select the HubSpot object (e.g., Contact or Deal) to update with the project status.
- Run a test to verify that project status updates are correctly synced to HubSpot.
