Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", then select "Zaps" to start building an automated workflow connecting HubSpot with Brevo.
- Click "Trigger" to begin configuring the event that starts your Zap.
- Search for and select "HubSpot" as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event such as "New Contact" or "Updated Contact" to define when your Zap will run.
- Connect your HubSpot account by authorizing it within the Zap setup.
- Select "Continue" to proceed to the next configuration step.
- Click "Test trigger" to verify that HubSpot is returning contact data correctly.
- Click "Action" and search for "Brevo" as the action app to receive data from HubSpot.
- Select "Add or Update Contact" as your Brevo action to keep contacts in sync with your email marketing platform.
- Connect your Brevo account by retrieving and entering your API key from Brevo's integration settings.
- Map contact fields — name, email, and company — from HubSpot to the corresponding Brevo fields to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Run a test to confirm that HubSpot contacts are correctly syncing with your Brevo account.
- Click "Publish" to activate your Zap and begin automatic contact syncing between HubSpot and Brevo.
