Steps
- Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to start.
- Click "Trigger" and choose Zoom as the trigger app.
- Select "New Meeting" as the trigger event.
- Connect your Zoom account and configure the meeting details.
- Choose a Meeting type and run a test to confirm Zapier detects new Zoom meetings.
- Select Google Calendar as the action app.
- Choose "Create Detailed Event" as the action event.
- Connect your Google Calendar account and select the calendar for event creation.
- Map Zoom meeting details to Google Calendar and customize event settings.
- Run a test to verify the setup.
- Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
