As a lean team of fewer than 10 employees, our main objectives for using the demo were about saving time to improve our productivity and increasing sign-ups for our product.

What was the reasoning when creating content for each step?
👉 Each step should sequentially guide the user to successfully create an assessment (a concise tutorial for creating an assessment on Equip).

The instructions to explain each screen should not be verbose, to succinctly explain each screen.

Were there any specific approaches you followed when explaining the steps?
👉 Yes. All screens were designed to answer potential questions that users are likely to ask, based on all the information we had from conducting demo calls.
