Steps

  1. Click Deals on the left menu in your ActiveCampaign Dashboard.
  2. Click Add a pipeline to create a new pipeline.
  3. Type your pipeline name and click Add.
  4. Inside your pipeline, click the Add a deal button in the stage phase where you want to add a new deal.
  5. Enter a title for your deal.
  6. Set the deal value in USD or your applicable currency.
  7. Select which pipeline the deal will run on.
  8. Choose the pipeline stage the deal will be placed in.
  9. Assign the deal owner — the team member responsible for this deal.
  10. Set the forecasted close date by which the deal should be closed.
  11. Add a description to summarize what the deal involves.
  12. Enter the contact associated with this deal.
  13. Select an account if the contact belongs to a company.
  14. Click Add to link the account to the deal.
  15. Click Add Deal to save and create the deal.
