Steps
- Click Deals on the left menu in your ActiveCampaign Dashboard.
- Click Add a pipeline to create a new pipeline.
- Type your pipeline name and click Add.
- Inside your pipeline, click the Add a deal button in the stage phase where you want to add a new deal.
- Enter a title for your deal.
- Set the deal value in USD or your applicable currency.
- Select which pipeline the deal will run on.
- Choose the pipeline stage the deal will be placed in.
- Assign the deal owner — the team member responsible for this deal.
- Set the forecasted close date by which the deal should be closed.
- Add a description to summarize what the deal involves.
- Enter the contact associated with this deal.
- Select an account if the contact belongs to a company.
- Click Add to link the account to the deal.
- Click Add Deal to save and create the deal.
