PandaDoc lets you share documents for signing by assigning signature fields to recipients and delivering them via email in just a few clicks. This end-to-end document sending workflow ensures every signer receives the right fields and gets notified instantly.
Steps
- Navigate to the Documents tab on the left-hand panel.
- Open an existing document that requires signatures.
- In the document editor, locate the Recipients section.
- Assign each signature field to the appropriate recipient by selecting their name from the dropdown menu associated with the field.
- Click the Send button at the top of the page.
- In the sending options, choose Email to deliver the document directly to the recipients' inboxes.
