Steps
- Navigate to the Reports tab and create a New Folder to house the report you want to share.
- Give your new folder a name so it is easy to identify.
- Search for the private report you want to share using the report search bar.
- Click the dropdown arrow next to the report and choose Move.
- Select the folder you created as the destination to move the report into.
- Click Select Folder to confirm and complete the move.
- Go back to your report folders under All Folders or Created by Me to locate the moved report.
- Click the carrot (>) next to the folder name and choose Share.
- Choose who can access the report by selecting Users or Groups.
- Add the specific user you want to share the private report with.
- Set the access level — View to see report data, Edit to modify the report, or Run My User to run it under their credentials.
- Click Done to save and apply the sharing settings.
