Quick summary
Linear's Team Triage feature lets teams route and prioritize incoming issues before they enter the main workflow. Enabling triage through Team Settings ensures unreviewed issues are captured in a dedicated queue rather than cluttering active cycles.
Steps
- Select your team from the Linear sidebar to begin configuring its settings.
- Navigate to Team Settings for the selected team.
- Open the Workflow section within Team Settings.
- Locate the Triage option under Workflow and click on it.
- Toggle Triage ON to enable the triage queue for your team.
- Confirm the success notification that appears once triage has been enabled.
