Quick summary
Linear's issue triage feature lets teams capture and review incoming issues in a dedicated Triage view before they enter the main workflow. Enabling triage through Team Settings takes under a minute and immediately surfaces unreviewed issues in your sidebar.
Steps
- Select your team from the Linear sidebar to begin the triage setup process.
- Navigate to Team Settings for the selected team.
- Go to the Workflow section within Team Settings.
- Under Workflow, locate the Triage option and click on it.
- Toggle Triage ON to enable the feature for your team.
- Confirm the success notification that appears once triage has been enabled.
- Access the new Triage view in your sidebar to start reviewing incoming issues.
