Steps
- In the dashboard, click the New Event Type button on the right-hand side.
- Select your event type — choose One-on-One or Group depending on your meeting needs.
- Enter the event name, location (such as a Zoom link or physical address), and duration.
- Click Continue to proceed to the next setup screen.
- Choose Scheduling settings from the available options.
- Go to Available hours and click the arrow to open your availability schedule.
- Delete your weekly availability on the left side to clear the default schedule.
- Deselect each day checkbox to remove all existing recurring slots.
- Click Add date-specific hours to begin setting up your recurring meeting slots.
- Select your preferred dates on the calendar.
- Add your preferred hours for each selected date.
- Click Apply to confirm your availability changes.
- Review your settings and click Save & Close to create the recurring event.
