Quick summary
To check Salesforce licenses, navigate to Setup via the Gear icon, then open Company Information under Company Settings to view your User Licences and Feature Licences. This process takes under a minute and requires no admin tools beyond standard Salesforce Setup access.
Steps
- Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of your Salesforce screen.
- Select Setup from the dropdown menu that appears.
- In the Setup page (which opens in a new tab), navigate to Company Settings in the left pane.
- Find and click on Company Information listed under Company Settings.
- On the Company Information page, review all your organization details.
- Under User Licences, view the total number of Salesforce licenses available to your org.
- Scroll down further to also review your Feature Licences and their usage.
