Use this interactive demo to learn how to schedule a report in Salesforce.

You can schedule a report in Salesforce through subscriptions. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports > All Reports.
  2. Open the report you want to schedule.
  3. Click the More Actions button (three dots) or the Subscribe button.
  4. In the Edit Subscription window, navigate to the Schedule tab.
  5. Set the scheduling details.
    • Schedule: Choose when the report should run - one time, hourly, daily, weekdays, weekly, or monthly.
    • Start Date and Time: Specify the date and time for the first run.
    • Time Zone: Select the time zone for the scheduled run.
    • End Date (Optional): If you only want the report to run for a specific period, set an end date.
  6. Hit Save.
