Quick summary
Removing SharePoint site access for a user takes just a few clicks inside the site's Members panel. Open the member list, locate the user, and use the Remove From Group option to instantly revoke their permissions.
Steps
- From the SharePoint site dashboard, click Members in the top-right corner to open the members panel.
- Find the user whose site access you want to revoke from the members list.
- Click the drop-down menu directly below that user's name to reveal access options.
- Select Remove From Group to revoke the selected user's SharePoint site access.
