How to Refresh a Salesforce Sandbox

Here's how to refresh a Salesforce sandbox:

1. Navigate to the Setup menu.
2. In the Quick Find box, enter “Sandboxes” and select it. A list of your sandboxes will appear. 
3. Locate the sandbox you want to refresh and check if there's a Refresh link next to it. Only eligible sandboxes will have this option.
4. Click the Refresh link for the chosen sandbox.
5. Scroll down and click on Next.
6. Check the auto-activate box. 
7. Leave Apex Class empty and click Create to initiate the sandbox refresh process.
